2. Products & Pricing
We strive to display our products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing at any time.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance once the order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund where applicable.
4. Payments
We accept major cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. VELORE does not store your card details.
5. Shipping & Returns

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the VELORE name, logo, imagery and designs — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VELORE shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
