Changed your mind? Return any unused item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We want you to love your VELORE.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with original tags, dust bag and packaging. Personalised or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at your order confirmation address or visit Contact Us with your order number. Our team will arrange a complimentary pickup within 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return passes inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Exchanges

Prefer a different style or colour? We will exchange your item subject to availability — the fastest way is to place a new order and return the original.
