How do I care for my bag?+
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and store in the provided dust bag away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to keep your bag looking its best.
How long will delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Metro cities receive delivery in 2–4 business days and the rest of India within 4–7 business days.
What is your return policy?+

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders across most pin codes in India, alongside secure cards, UPI and net banking.
