We didn't set out to create another handbag brand. We started with a simple observation: many products felt either disposable or unattainable. The things built to last were often hidden behind logos, markups, and noise. We believed there was room for something different — a house built around thoughtful design, honest materials, and pieces people could carry for years.
Frustration Became a Foundation
The products we wanted didn't exist
We wanted bags with clean proportions, quiet confidence, and craftsmanship that could be felt rather than advertised. We searched for pieces that balanced quality, restraint, and value, but rarely found all three together. House of Velore™ began as an attempt to create the kind of product we wished already existed.
Building a House, Not a Brand
A name is easy. A house takes time.
From the beginning, we were less interested in trends than in foundations. Every sample, adjustment, and decision was made with the long term in mind. We aren't trying to build a collection that lasts a season. We're trying to build a house that lasts decades.
